Welcome to Northwest Physicians Network (NPN)

We are a group of doctors and clinicians who are contracted with your health plan.  Your primary care provider is part of our network of multi-specialty providers dedicated to improving the health of our community.

We work with your health plan to deliver quality healthcare within our network of more than 400 healthcare providers.  Our Welcome Packet contains our network directory of physicians available to provide your care.  You can also look up physicians here. 

Please contact us if you have not received a Welcome Packet yet. If you have a medical need that cannot be addressed within our network, we will work with your primary care provider to ensure you receive the care you need. 

Please reference your health plan paperwork or call your health plan member services at the number on the back of your ID card to receive specific health plan and benefit information.  Your health plan is your best resource for specifics regarding your coverage, benefit inclusions and exclusions, and right to appeal.
