With our more than 220 physician practices, change doesn't come because it's forced upon them.  Change happens because it makes sense - for our patients, for our physicians, and for our community. 

Over the last few years, NPN has implemented systems like chronic disease management tools to help manage our patients' asthma, diabetes and CHF.  We have developed online technology that brings cost-effective applications directly into the physician practice, and in many cases straight to the patient's desktop.  Connecting with the provider community should have always been this easy.

Moving forward, NPN will change the way patient care is delivered by changing the way its paid for.  We're developing new models for collaboration that will lead directly to better results for patients, greater system efficiencies, and more support for independent practices.
